2018 Norwegian Baking Workshop
Where? Mt. Horeb Community Center, 107 N. Grove Street, Mt. Horeb, WI
Why? Sharing the culture and customs of the Norse people
What? Learn to make: Lefse, Rosettes, Krumkake, Rømmegrøt, Æbelskiver, and Sandbakkelse, AND a Surprise cookie
When? Saturday, November 3, 2018
Cost? $25.00 per person
Who? Bring multiple generations of your family. Children 9 and over are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
*Please bring containers to take samples home for your holiday table!
8:30 AM ARRIVAL-Enjoy warm vaffler (waffles) to start your day accompanied by your choice of coffee, milk, or juice.
9:00 AM to 12 Noon-Move through baking stations to learn the techniques of producing each item.
